Delonix ist ein Sex von blühende Plfanzen von dem Hülsenfrüchte-Familie (Fabaceae). Die Arten kommen in Madagaskar und Ostafrika. Die Arten dieser Gattung sind Bäume, von denen die extravagante mit Abstand die bekannteste ist.
